The Honeywell UC100 Ultraviolet Air Treatment System Replacement Lamp for use with:

The Honeywell UC18W1006 SnapLamp bulb is a replacement bulb only and does not include a knob. The overall bulb length is  approximately 8 1/2 inches and has two bi-lateral tubes approximately ¾" in diameter. The bulb is snapped or twisted into the knob.

Note: Although the lamp may function past one year its effectiveness is significantly diminished as the bulb begins to wear out.

SL* - Honeywell changed production on Replacement Lamps to the new SnapLamp design. The first replacement of a non-SnapLamp design should be with a bulb and handle assembly. After the first replacement only the bulb will need to be replaced. The easiest way to identify a SnapLamp device is to look at the label on the lamp handle. If the replacement bulb is identified as UC18W1004 or UC36W1006 then it is a SnapLamp and just the replacement bulb can be ordered. If you cannot easily remove the bulb from the handle then you do not have a SnapLamp model. If not, please order the bulb with handle assembly model.
